When buying jewelry online it is necessary to be careful. Not all countries have such strict oversight of purity and quality of jewelry as European Union, where we have one of the strictest Hallmarking Acts in the world.

In 2014-2015 we have done a worldwide test of internet jewelry shopping (so called mystery shopping), where out of 683 tested items 93.6% of the purchases were scams, fakes or even hazardous to health. Items that were declared as gold, silver, diamond or made with precious stones, were, in the better cases, made with small amounts of precious metal, gold/silver plated, instead of a diamond a cubic zirconia or other imitation stone was used. Unfortunately there were also cases where the jewelry contained harmful or dangerous compounds (nickel, arsenic and such). We shopped worldwide, both from "cheap" countries such as China, Malaysia, etc., as well as from developed countries like USA, Australia... It should be noted that in these countries there are usually no Hallmarking Acts, there is no supervision by the Assay Office and therefore ordering jewelry from abroad is always risky, as demonstrated by our test purchases.

If you do not fit into the ring size, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size. You do not need to worry, we do this daily, routinely and we have no problems with doing so. Please contact us via email and our assistants will happily help you with the whole process

As we stock all of the jewelry listed in our online store, our delivery times are as fast as possible.

We dispatch orders accepted by 2:00 p.m. weekdays on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm on weekdays will be dispatched next business day.

We are sending the orders by U.S. Mail (recorded and insured delivery). Your order will arrive within 2-7 days in average, depending on location (bigger cities=faster, smaller cities+villages=slower).

Recently, a large number of chain designs have been produced as "unisex," i.e., they are suitable for both men and women. Therefore, it is probably easier to select a chain by length:

Necklaces (neck chains):

37 cm (14.5 in) - female length, just close to the neck
38 cm (14.75 in) - female length, just close to the neck
40 cm (15.5 in) - the most common female length
42 cm (16.5 in) - female length, slightly loose
45 cm (17.5 in) - more loose female length, or for boys up to about 12 years
50 cm (19.5 in) - male length just close to the neck, or loose female length
52 cm (20.25 in) - male length just close to the neck, or loose female length
55 cm (21.5 in) - the most common male length, or very loose female length
60 cm (23.5 in) - loose male length, or the loosest female lengt

Bracelets (wrist chains):

17 cm (6.75 in) - female length - slender hand
18 cm (7 in) - the most common female length
19 cm (7.5 in) - female length, looser
21 cm (8.25 in) - male length, tighter
22 cm (8.5 in) - the most common male length
23 cm (9 in) - male length, more loose - for a very large wrist

Anklets (ankle chains):

23 cm (9 in) - female length - slender ankle
25 cm (9.75 in) - the most common female length. If necessary, the length of a slender male ankle

Most anklets can be clasped in several places so you can adjust the length, i.e., an anklet 25 cm in length (9.75 in) you can clasp at 24 cm (9.25 in), 23 cm (9 in) etc.

Waist chains:

Waist chains are usually supplied in lengths of 80 cm (31.25 in), 85 cm (33.25 in), 90 cm (35 in). Only female chains are available. Waist chains can be clasped at any length and therefore you can easily regulate the length, i.e., a waist chain 90 cm in length (35 in) can be joined at 85 cm (33.25 in), 80 cm (31.25 in), 75 cm (29.25 in), etc.
