How do you guarantee the purity of the jewelry?

All of our jewelry is checked by the assay office. Act No. 10/2004 Coll., on the Hallmarking and Testing of Precious Metals, also states that the producer or importer is responsible for marking all silver jewelry weighing over 3g. Jewelry weighing less than 3g passes the audit, but is not marked. The assay office conducts regular audits of our company in accordance with the law.

Is buying jewelry over the internet safe?

We recommend that you check the company from which you are buying jewelry. A lot of the companies selling on the internet are only “garage start-ups” that do not have their own space or products. When they get an order, they buy the item from their supplier and then send it to their customer. You can recognize a garage start-up by looking at their delivery period (more than 20 days) and the small selection of products they offer. So the risk from purchasing is quite high.

The ring I bought does not fit me. Can anything be done about that?

Our company offers a money-back guarantee. If the purchased items do not meet your expectations, send them back to us and we will return your money (more information under General Conditions).

Do you have sizes other than those that you have listed in your e-shop?

Because our online store is regularly updated and connected with our storage system, our company has only the sizes we offer in our store. In some cases, we might not have the size you have ordered (if another customer ordered it just before you, it might not have been taken off of the list of items in stock). In this case we will contact you and offer an alternative solution.

How long will it take for my piece of jewelry to be delivered?

As we stock all of the jewelry listed in our online store, our delivery times are as fast as possible. We dispatch orders accepted by 10:00 a.m. weekdays on the same day. Orders that come in after 10 a.m. are dispatched on the next working day. We send the orders by U.S. Mail (as a first-class insured letter) within 24 hours.
